Pearls sparkling wine manufactory
At Pearls Sektmanufaktur, you can experience the disgorging process live on site. You have never tasted sparkling wine this fresh before. The bottle is first immersed upside down in a cold bath at around -20 degrees. The yeast that has previously settled in the neck of the bottle is sealed in an ice plug. When the bottle is turned upside down, placed upright and freed from the crown cork, the ice plug shoots out all by itself due to the high pressure in the bottle and the sparkling wine is freed from the yeast, i.e. disgorged. An absolute highlight that never ceases to amaze people.

Hawaiian shirts from Christian Jakob
Christian Jakob came up with the idea for his shirts in 2015, when he thought that the coat of arms of Wiesbaden - his adopted home - would make a chic Hawaiian shirt. After a year full of designs, planning and preparations, he founded the "Schönwetterfront" label together with Rebecca Schmalenbach in January 2016. The team was joined by Berlin fashion designer Vanessa Sandweg, who is responsible for the cuts of the men's and women's shirts.
The colorful Hawaiian-inspired shirts by Christian Jakob are also available at the Tourist Information. Whether socks, caps, shirts or hoodies - everything is handmade in Germany, fair and durable.
