Due to the international orientation of the trade fair and its importance as a leading industry trade fair, IMEX, which takes place in the immediate vicinity of Wiesbaden, has been a fixed event in the Wiesbaden Congress & Marketing GmbH calendar for many years. This is because it offers the opportunity to introduce itself to national and international event planners from associations, companies and event agencies, including via pre-arranged appointments with specialist buyers.

WICM GmbH presented itself with the Convention Wiesbaden (opens in a new tab) team on the three days of the trade fair together with the Mercure Hotel Wiesbaden, the Nassauer Hof Hotel and the ACHAT Hotel at the central Germany stand, which was implemented by the industry association GCB (German Convention Bureau e. V.). RMCC caterer Gauls Catering and technology partner schokopro were also represented. This year, a new stand concept was implemented in the Germany area, which included the introduction of a "Business Boulevard" as a presentation area.
