Connichi - an anime manga convention
The Connichi is an event organized on a voluntary basis around anime, manga and Japanese popular and youth culture - in short: an anime-manga convention.

It takes place annually in September at the RMCC Wiesbaden and is the largest convention in the series of events organized by the sponsoring association Animexx e.V. and in German-speaking countries that is organized exclusively on a voluntary basis.
What can visitors expect?
From September 5 to 7, 2025, the volunteer team will once again bring the charm of Connichi to the Kurhaus Wiesbaden together with the visitors. The Connichi stands for an event by fans for fans - a cozy place to create unforgettable experiences together.
Several thousand people visit the city for the Connichi events. Many participants dress up in elaborate costumes based on models from the anime and manga world. In addition to the main event, the Connichi offers a platform to present creative costumes and have them photographed.

So that Connichi visitors can get to know Wiesbaden, Wiesbaden Congress & Marketing GmbH is organizing a supporting programme for Connichi visitors: this includes an exclusive photo spot tour to Wiesbaden's highlights with the small light rail THermine.
The THermine will make two trips on the Saturday of the event to the most beautiful places in the city, including the Wiesbaden Kurhaus, the Neroberg and the Nerobergbahn. In addition, the rooms of the Wiesbaden Kurhaus will be made available for an exclusive cosplay photo shoot. Interested parties can register in advance for several slots and take photos in the Kurhaus.
