Here you will find questions and answers about the RMCC.
What are the opening hours of the RMCC?
The RMCC is not a public building and is only open for events. There are therefore no fixed opening hours.
Is the RMCC parking garage open to the public?
Yes, the RMCC parking garage is operated by Contipark (opens in a new tab) and can be used as a public parking garage independently of attending an event. Access to the event area is therefore not possible.
Cab stand in front of the RMCC
There is a cab rank in Viktoria-Luise-Straße between the Museum Wiesbaden and the Federal Institute for Population Research (BiB).
Taking bags/beverages to events
Bags will be checked on site for dangerous items. Larger bags and rucksacks (from a size of DIN A4) may not be taken into the RMCC. Beverage bottles (plastic/glass) are regarded as projectiles and may also not be taken into the RMCC.
May photos of the RMCC be taken?
The area in front of the RMCC is not a public space. The RMCC may be photographed from outside at any time as long as this does not interfere with ongoing events or their set-up/dismantling. The RMCC may be photographed as a backdrop, but not pedestrians/employees. If photos are to be taken of the inside of the building, a request must be made to convention-marketingwicmde.
You will also find a few impressions for use in the download area.
Photo reference for public events
Please note that we may take photographs and/or film footage of public events such as concerts or similar that take place at the RMCC for advertising purposes and for passing on to third parties. Consent will not be obtained in advance from individuals in groups of people, as they will not be photographed in a recognizable manner.
Are there guided tours of the RMCC?
There are currently no public guided tours for individuals. For group inquiries, please contact the Tourist Service Wiesbaden team directly by email at: gruppenwicmde
