• Please note that outdoor recordings (photo and film shoots) are generally only possible during non-event times or must be planned in such a way that the event schedule is not affected. Please contact the Convention Sales and Marketing Team in advance to find out whether an event is taking place on your desired day.
• If you would like to take photographs on behalf of one of our events, please contact the Convention Sales & Marketing Team.
• Film and photo shoots for student projects are generally possible.
• For your own safety, we recommend that you always obtain written permission (also for outside shots). You can do this by sending an email to convention-marketingwicmde or by filling out the request form here (opens in a new tab).
• For a permit (opens in a new tab) we need the purpose of the shoot as well as the desired day/time and intended photo and filming locations.
• An early request is recommended. Please note that we usually need 3-5 working days' notice.
• For photo shoots inside the building, we will issue a permit in the form of a contract.
• Proof of liability insurance must be provided.

Exterior shots (photo and film) on the outdoor areas of the RMCC are generally permitted free of charge within the scope of freedom of panorama. The taking of photographs may at no time interfere with the ongoing event, dismantling/set-up or similar. Permission must be obtained from the Wiesbaden Public Order Office (opens in a new tab) for taking photographs in the area of the public walkway and the staircase, as the walkway is not part of the RMCC property. Escape routes are located in front of and behind the public walkway. As a general rule, all escape and rescue routes (also outside of ongoing event operations) as well as the fountains/water levels must be kept clear.

The loading yard located behind the RMCC can be rented for photo requests for a fee and subject to availability.

However, prior permission from the operator is recommended to ensure that your shoot runs smoothly, as the RMCC's outdoor facilities are heavily frequented.
