Schulberg 10

The Kunsthaus situated on Schulberg was built in the style of a palace and was used first as a primary school from 1863 and then to house a School of Art and Design. In 1989, the building was modernised and the atelier was renovated. Since then the Kunsthaus is a venue of exhibitions and is used as an atelier by artists and scholarship holders from countries around the world, as well as a workshop for kids. The building also houses the business office of the Association of Professional Artists [Berufsverband Bildender Künstlerinnen und Künstler (BBK).
