Gutenbergplatz

Gutenbergplatz was conceived as the entrance into the Poet District which, in addition to the square itself, is bordered by Schiersteiner Straße, Konrad-Adenauer-Ring, Grillparzer and Mosbacher Straße, and the Kaiser-Friederich-Ring. 

Magnificent building facades in the style of Historicism lend the western side of the square a very special character. However, the beauty of Gutenbergplatz is greatly diminished by the car park in the centre of the square.
