Bierstadter Straße 15

In 1909, the architect Karl Köhler had the villa at Bierstadter Straße 15 built for his own use in the neo-Classic style which can be seen in many structures built at the time of the First World War. In contrast to the general custom of Classicism, Köhler accented the roof of the villa by giving it a mansard design.

The building houses the administration building of the Dr. Obermayr private school.
