Several vehicles on fire in Schierstein
In the early hours of March 30, a fire broke out in a panel van parked in the immediate vicinity of a car dealership in Freudenbergstraße in the Schierstein district. The fire spread to four other cars.
The alerted fire department was able to extinguish the fire with two C-pipes, which were used by teams wearing breathing apparatus. This prevented the fire from spreading to other cars and the car dealer's office building.
The Wiesbaden fire department deployed the fire engine from fire station 1 and a fire engine from the Wiesbaden-Schierstein volunteer fire department. No one was injured, the damage to property is estimated at around €50,000.
